April 8, 2024 Regular Council Meeting: Town Council passed first reading to the proposed bylaw to obtain public input. Click here for a copy of the complete Request For Decision (report) presented to Town Council under Agenda Item #7.2.
April 9, 2024: Public Hearing Notice (link) posted to the Town's website. Notices will be mailed to property owners whose lands are zoned CUD. A link to this letter can be found here. This is a general amendment to the CUD District and affects any properties zoned CUD.
April 16, 2024: Notice will be posted in the local newspaper.
May 13, 2024 Regular Council Meeting: A public hearing will be held at 7:30pm to obtain public input (in favour or opposed) on the proposed bylaw. **Written comments due May 7, 2024 @ 12Noon.** Click here to submit your comments on the Town's online form.
