The Town of St. Paul Utility Bills were mailed on Thursday, November 14th. If you do not receive your bill due to the Canada Post strike, please reach out to the Finance Dept at 780-645-4481 to assist. The deadline for payment will remain as November 30, 2024. What is a Policy?

A Policy is defined as corporate direction that is formally adopted by Council resolution. A policy gives direction of how municipal staff should proceed and levels of service.  Enacting policies provides a framework for decision making ensuring consistency throughout the municipality.

Who do I contact if I have any questions or can't find a Town policy?

You may contact the respective Town department name is listed on the applicable policy.
