If you do not receive your bill due to the Canada Post strike, please reach out to the Finance Dept at 780-645-4481 to assist. The deadline for payment will remain as November 30, 2024. Fill out the form below and click submit. The information you provide will be used by St. Paul Municipal Enforcement to help reunite lost or stolen bikes to their owners.

 

Bicycle serial numbers are usually 6-10 digits and found on the bottom bracket underneath the bike, where the two pedal cranks meet. You will likely need to flip the bike upside down to see the serial number.
