Reasons for contacting you include: submissions marked confidential or in confidence, submissions containing sensitive, personally identifiable information, hate speech, wrong bylaw is referenced, discriminatory language, or defamatory language.

Notice

All materials submitted for Council consideration at the Public Hearing must form part of the public record. Some fields on this form are optional for completion and other are mandatory. However, please note that in accordance with A 1802: Anonymous Complaints & Letters Policy unsigned or anonymous submissions will not be provided to Council or included in the public record as there is no way for Council to properly weigh or validate the contents of the submission.
