If you own a cat or dog you are required to purchase a license as per Bylaw 2023-05: Animal Control

The cost of a Cat License is as follows:

Yearly for Male/Female: $20.00
Yearly for Neutered/Spayed: $10.00
Lifetime for Neutered/Spayed and Microchipped: Free

The cost of a Dog License is as follows:

Yearly for Male/Female: $20.00
Yearly for Neutered/Spayed: $10.00
Lifetime for Neutered/Spayed and Microchipped: Free

Reasons To License Your Pet

If your animal(s) are neutered/spayed as well as micro-chipped, your animal license is now free; provided we receive documented proof, such as an official letter from your veterinarian or a receipt from the procedure.
