Residents are invited to provide input for a feasibility study that will provide guidance to the project partners for the potential development of a regional multipurpose leisure centre.

Why is this project important? A regional multipurpose leisure centre has the potential to significantly enhance the recreational opportunities available in the region, promote regional collaboration, and support the project partner;s goal of improving the quality of life for residents. Your input is important to sure that a path forward benefits the entire region.
Input is being requested from all residents and community groups in the County of St. Paul, Town of St. Paul, Town of Elk Point, and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay. The Saddle Lake Cree Nation, Kehewin Cree Nation, Whitefish Lake First Nation, Frog Lake First Nation and the Fishing Lake Metis Settlement are encouraged to participate.
Important Dates
November 9 to December 7, 2022: A resident survey and Community Group Survey are available through the link above
Wednesday, November 23: In-person Community Input Open House will be hosted at the St. Paul Recreation Centre from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Member of the consulting team will be on-hand to discuss the project and collect input.
Tuesday, November 29 and Wednesday, November 30: Digital Community Input Discussions. Register for an upcoming video conference input discussion through the link above.
Project Partners: The project partners are the County of St. Paul, Town of St. Paul, Town of Elk Point, and the Summer Village of Horseshoe Bay.
