NOTICE | Building Code Change - effective May 1, 2024

The Town of St. Paul recommends that The Inspection Group Inc. be engaged when building plans are being drawn to ensure that the drawings are complying with the new building code coming into force on May 1, 2024.  
 
The new building code change affects all of Alberta.
 
Please apply early for your development permit (Feb & Mar) & building permit to be able to fall under the current code.

Notice of Special Council Meeting

The Chief Elected Official (Mayor) has called a Special Council Meeting dedicated to: Presentation of 2024 Audited Financials in accordance with Section 194 of the Municipal Government Act (MGA). The Special Council Meeting is scheduled for April 3, 2025 and will commence at 7:00 p.m. Meetings are open to the public except for those portions which are held in Closed Session (Section 197 of MGA). This meeting will be live streamed.
